The art and science of sprinting culminates this week.

The last 2 weeks have been a crucial part of the season. A balance between training as hard as possible, pushing and stressing the body beyond what you think is possible. Team boats have been drilled, the gym has been 'maxed' and now we are tappering. We need enough time to recover so as to race at our best with out losing the edge. Complete trust is place in the coaches to attain this fine balance. One session can make all the difference between which side of this line you are on.
